Ordering Process & Important Information (EU Regulation 2019/1148)

Here is how it works, simply:

• Check your email inbox: As soon as your order is confirmed, we automatically send you the "End User Declaration" form. Important: Remember to check your spam folder if you do not receive the email within a few minutes.

• Return the document (photo or scan): Fill out the form and sign it by hand (mandatory). Then send us a clear photo or scan of this document by email.

• Validation & Shipping: Upon receipt, our team checks your declaration. After your information is validated, your order is shipped immediately.

Important note: In accordance with the law, no goods can be shipped without this duly completed declaration accompanied by the required professional supporting documents. Any non-compliant order must be canceled.
