🚚 Delivery Time and Shipping Costs

📦 Standard orders within France are shipped within 24 hours via UPS or DHL. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your parcel in real time.

🚛 Delivery is free for orders over €99 within France and other countries listed in our rate chart, excluding Switzerland, Norway, and Greece.

📏 The parcel weight is calculated including packaging to ensure efficient and compliant shipping.

📅 Delivery time: 2 to 3 business days for France, and between 1 (Germany) and 4 business days for other European Union countries.

✅ Shipping remains free for orders over €99, provided the total weight does not exceed 31.5 kg. Additional fees may apply beyond that limit.

🏦 Orders paid by bank transfer will be shipped once payment has been received in full.
