📘 I. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

📑 § 1. Basic Provisions

These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded with us via the website biogo.fr 🧪. Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of your own terms and conditions is excluded.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their trade, business or profession. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person acting in the course of their commercial or professional activity.

🛒 § 2. Conclusion of the Contract

Subject: the sale of goods via our online shop.

As soon as a product is displayed, we make a binding offer based on the information provided in the product description.

Order process:

• Add items to the shopping cart. 🛒
• Proceed to checkout, enter your contact information, and select shipping and payment methods.
• If using an instant payment service (PayPal, Amazon Pay, Klarna…), you will be redirected to an order summary before confirming.
• By clicking the “Order with obligation to pay” button, you are placing a legally binding order. ✅

Your initial inquiry does not constitute a binding agreement. We will send you a confirmation email with a binding offer valid for 5 days.

Order processing and communication are handled via email – please check your spam folder and ensure your email address is valid. 📩

🔄 Subscription & Renewal / Payment Terms

Term & renewal: the contract is concluded for a defined period. Unless terminated in writing by either party 3 weeks before the end, it will renew automatically. For contracts longer than one year, renewal is limited to one additional year. 📆

Credit check: we reserve the right to transmit your data to SCHUFA Holding AG for credit assessment. This may affect eligibility for certain payment methods (invoice, direct debit). 🔍

💳 Payment via Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), we offer instant bank transfer, available in Germany. The account will be debited immediately after the order is placed. 🇸🇪

Please refer to Klarna’s terms and conditions on their website. Your data will be processed in accordance with their privacy policy.

🏦 SEPA Direct Debit

If you choose SEPA direct debit, a signed mandate is required. (⚠️ Note: further details for this section appear to be incomplete.)
