1. What happens next?

  • When the package is returned to our warehouse, any refund is processed after it is received and checked.
  • The package is not automatically reshipped. If you would still like to receive the products, please place a new order.
  • Refund processing may take up to 14 business days after the returned package is received in our warehouse.

2. Common reasons for return to sender

  • Several unsuccessful delivery attempts
  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address
  • The package was not picked up in time at a pickup point or a parcel locker
  • The recipient refused the package
