DESCRIPTION :

The raw material consists of needles and tips of young fir twigs.

INGREDIENTS :

100% Abies sibirica (Siberian fir) needle oil, wild-growing
Naturally occurring allergens: limonene
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

In a diffuser/fireplace: Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a diffuser or fireplace fragrance.
For massage: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of vegetable oil such as almond oil or jojoba oil.
Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of vegetable oil. Stir in water.
