Ingredients:
Elder leaf - 175 mg/capsule, rosehip extract - 50 mg/capsule, nettle leaf extract - 50 mg/capsule and capsule ingredients (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, coloring: copper complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins).

The content of individual ingredients per recommended daily portion of the product is respectively: ground elder leaf - 350 mg, rosehip extract - 100 mg, nettle leaf extract - 100 mg.

Intended use:
The product is a supplement to the daily diet. Rosehip and coltsfoot contribute to the proper functioning of the kidneys. Additionally, nettle supports the functioning of the urinary system. Rosehip helps maintain healthy and flexible joints. Nettle supports the musculoskeletal system and has a positive effect on joint health. Directions for use:
Adults: It is recommended to take 1 capsule twice a day with liquid.
