Health Labs Omega Me Omega-3 Fish Supplement contains 500 mg of EPA and 250 mg of DHA, which is the recommended daily intake in one capsule. DHA, EPA , and ALA are omega-3 essential fatty acids ( EFAs ). The ALA we get from our diet can be slightly converted into EPA and DHA through biosynthesis, but this is not enough. The main source of EPA and DHA omega-3s is oily fish such as anchovies, mackerel, tuna, salmon, herring, seafood, and algae, so it is worth consuming them every day, although this is not always possible. EPA fatty acids contribute to the normal function of the heart. Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes, among other things, to the normal function of the brain and supports vision. The product is free from impurities, colorants, preservatives and unnecessary fillers, which is confirmed by independent tests from the accredited laboratory of JS Hamilton Poland .
