Agar is a substance of plant origin. It is obtained from algae -
red algae. It is used as a gelling agent. It is a substitute
completely natural gelatin. Its plant origin makes it
Ideal for vegetarians and vegans as a replacement for gelatin.

Ingredients :
Agar Powder (E 406).

Instructions for use:
Use at a rate of 7g per litre.
Dissolve the powder and add it to the liquid, then boil everything for 5 to 10 minutes
(until the powder is completely dissolved
).
