Using Garlic in Everyday Cooking and More

Ground garlic is widely used in cuisines around the world. We can use it in many ways.

• First of all: it is worth adding it to vegetable or cottage cheese sandwiches with the addition of fresh herbs, which will be perfect in combination with whole grain toast;
• Second: Small amounts of garlic can be added to homemade vegetable juices;
• Third: this spice perfectly highlights the character of roasted meats and fish. In addition, it can be added to vegan cutlets and baked pâtés;
• Fourth: Chopped garlic is a great addition to all kinds of tomato-based salad dressings and pasta sauces;
• Fifth: It's worth adding garlic to oven-baked vegetable pancakes made with zucchini, carrots, and parsley. This spice will also perfectly enhance the taste of homemade sweet potato fries.

It is also worth noting that in the past, garlic-based preparations were used to disinfect wounds. In modern pharmacology, this plant is also often used in the production of dietary supplements, the task of which is to strengthen the human body's immunity.
