kombu* (Laminaria ochroleuca) marine algae (*certified organic ingredient)

DESCRIPTION
Dried at a temperature below 42°C. The white coating may result from natural salt and is not a sign of poor product quality.
Kombu seaweed is used to flavor water used in the preparation of soups, broths, sauces, rice, vegetable, fish, meat or stew dishes.

PREPARATION
Use only for broths or stocks, do not eat directly. Add 1 g of seaweed to 1 liter of boiling water, boil for 5 minutes and remove the seaweed from the broth or stock.
