The product may contain lactose ( from milk).

The composition of the recommended daily dose - 1 tablet:

Calcium 500 mg (62.5% RWS*)

Zinc 5 mg (50% RWS*)

Directions for use: Dissolve the tablet in a glass (200 ml) of cold water. Recommended daily intake: 1 tablet. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are very important.

Storage conditions: Store at temperatures up to 25°C, out of reach of young children. Protect from light.
