Under the enigmatic and meaningless name aquafaba, we simply refer to the water left over from chickpeas or other leguminous plants. Until recently, it was only known to vegetarians and those interested in a healthy diet. Aquafaba is sometimes used by people with egg and/or milk allergies. It is suitable, among other things, for preparing egg-free pastries, cakes, ice cream, and desserts. You can also use it to create vegan mayonnaise, cream, mousse, and even meringues. It is also used as an addition to sauces and coatings. Aquafaba has a completely neutral taste, and when mixed, it looks and behaves like egg white. It contains saponins, B vitamins, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, and iron. It is free of unnecessary enhancers and additives.

After 10g of product, add 150g of boiled water, mix, cover with a lid. After 2-3 minutes, the product is ready to use.
