DESCRIPTION

Organic ashwagandha (Indian ginseng) is a plant with a very long tradition. It has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for over 2,000 years. It is one of the most important herbs in Ayurveda and is becoming increasingly popular in Europe. Ashwagandha is a low shrub, about 150 cm tall, with yellow-green flowers and red or orange fruits (berries). It is recommended for people exposed to stress, intensive work, and athletes.

RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION
