Bcure Butyric Acid is a special medical food containing sodium butyrate in the form of micro-pellets. The use of encapsulation technology for sodium butyrate allows it to be distributed in the gastrointestinal tract and ensures adequate activity in the large intestine.

Butyric acid belongs to the group of short-chain fatty acids. Under physiological conditions, it is produced in the large intestine during bacterial fermentation of fibers and is the main energy source for the epithelial cells of the intestine.
