DESCRIPTION
Dietary supplement. Lemon balm and valerian have relaxing properties and promote sleep.

HOW TO PREPARE
Pour 1 tea bag with a glass of boiling water and let it steep for 10-15 minutes, covered. Drink twice a day.

REMARKS
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet.
Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
The food supplement should be kept in a cool, dry place. Not available for young children.
