USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Spray five to ten times all over the body and massage well. After showering or bathing is the ideal time for application as the skin is warm and pores are open, which facilitates absorption.

Apply all over the body, avoiding sensitive areas such as the eyes.

In case of severe anxiety, the Magnesium Menopause body spray can be combined with Magnesium Menopause flakes.
