INGREDIENTS
Plantain husk (Plantaginis ovatae seminis tegumentum Forssk.) - 100%

HOW TO USE
Pour 2 heaped teaspoons of the product (4 g) into a cup of chilled water, juice, or yogurt. Consume after slight swelling. You should drink 1 additional glass of liquid. 4 g of psyllium husk is the daily dose.

NOTICED
Do not eat during the night. Do not use in children under 12 years of age. People with diabetes or on insulin therapy should consult a doctor before consuming them. The product should be taken 30 to 60 minutes before or after taking medication, due to possible delayed absorption. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements cannot replace a varied diet. Food supplements should be kept out of reach of young children.
