Bonimag B6 contains magnesium and vitamin B6, which
contribute to:

- reduce the feeling of fatigue and exhaustion and maintain good
psychological functioning,

- the proper functioning of the nervous system.

Magnesium also helps to:

- proper muscle function and maintenance of healthy bones.

Vitamin B6:

- helps in the proper production of red blood cells and the proper functioning of the immune system

Ingredients: magnesium lactate, gelatin, maltodextrin, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide),
pyridoxine hydrochloride.

The recommended daily dose of the product (4 capsules) contains:

Magnesium 206 mg 55%*, Vit B6 2 mg 143%*

Recommended intake: Take 2 capsules twice a day. This food supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
