We recommend it as an addition to stews, salads, stuffings, and as an ingredient in main courses. PREPARATION Pour lightly salted boiling water over the bulgur in a ratio of 1:2.5 (1 part groats to 2.5 parts water), cook uncovered for about 7 minutes. Then remove from heat, cover, and let it swell.
