Terra Etica cocoa is perfect for baking—cookies, cheesecakes, muffins—as well as for creams, crepes, and other sweets. It also tastes great warm, as a milk or plant-based drink. Traditionally, in Mexican cuisine, cocoa powder is also used in the preparation of dry foods such as mite.

Fairtrade cocoa comes from sustainable crops—meaning the cocoa beans used in production come from controlled crops managed by smaller operators, for the sake of a better planet. Cocoa naturally contains a high amount of magnesium, which helps support the proper functioning of the nervous system and also contributes to nerve healing, stress reduction, and improved well-being. Cocoa, like coffee or tea, also has stimulating properties, gently raising blood pressure, which helps maintain high energy levels. Cocoa is also rich in polyphenols with antioxidant properties that promote the proper functioning of the circulatory system.
