Organic ground green coffee is obtained from coffee beans that are not roasted. As a result, green coffee has a herbal aroma and a slightly tart, sour taste. Compared to regular coffee, ground green coffee provides several times more of this substance. The coffee berries grown this way ripen without pesticides.
