Calcium (from calcium carbonate)

Ingredients Per daily serving (1/2 flat teaspoon)
Calcium (calcium carbonate) 600 mg

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1/2 teaspoon daily, preferably with a meal. For best results, mix with juices such as tomato or orange juice.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet.
