Jarred porcini mushrooms come exclusively from Polish forests, primarily the Kozienicka Primeval Forest. The pickle is delicate, sweet and sour, and the mushrooms are firm. Porcini mushrooms look great on the festive table. For those who don't want to cook them, we recommend making tartar sauce. Due to their richness in biologically active ingredients, mushrooms can be classified as functional foods, i.e., foods with health-promoting properties. Mushrooms have an interesting composition: they contain a lot of water, but their dry matter is largely protein; they contain linolenic acid, but also fiber. Mushrooms contain many valuable micronutrients, so it's worth seeking them out.
