Ground milk thistle seeds

STRONG PREPARATION >
Pour 2 teaspoons of milk thistle
with a small amount of boiled water, wait a few minutes, drink the liquid and discard
the remaining milk thistle. Another way is to add milk thistle to muesli and
yogurts. Use as a filling for sandwiches and as a complement to meat.

The product may contain traces of gluten.

CONSERVATION
Store at room temperature in airtight packaging
, for example a box, a jar out of reach of young children.
