Usage:
Milk thistle fruit promotes liver protection and increases its detoxification potential. Thanks to its protective action on the liver, it maintains liver function and supports digestion and detoxification. Additionally, it helps maintain the physiological balance of sugars and protects against the effects of free radicals caused by stress, alcohol consumption, UV exposure, or environmental pollutants.

Directions for use:
Take 1 teaspoon of fruit twice a day. Use the fruit alone with water or add it to a drink or meal. The fruit can be ground beforehand.
