DESCRIPTION

Zinc Amino Acid Chelate Zinc 22 mg 100 tablets Solgar

Human health is inextricably linked to an amazing mineral: zinc. It supports our body in the proper functioning of the immune system, the proper synthesis of DNA and proteins. It has also been scientifically proven that it helps maintain healthy skin, hair, nails, and bones. Zinc participates in the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Solgar has an excellent chelate form. To facilitate the process of absorption of the mineral, it is combined with an amino acid. Amino acid chelates are characterized by good absorption because they are characterized by a low molecular weight. Their stability is also their characteristic - which is maintained in all pH ranges occurring in the digestive process, amino acid chelates are neutral and therefore do not react with other food components (e.g., phytins, vitamin E, vitamin C, with B vitamins.). Each of the 100 tablets in the pack contains 22 mg of zinc ions, so there is enough of it that no other zinc preparation is necessary.

INGREDIENTS
Zinc (zinc bisglycinate), fillers: microcrystalline cellulose, calcium phosphorus, citric acid, vegetable gum, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable stearic acid.

1 tablet per day.
It is best taken with a meal or as directed.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers and sick people should consult a doctor before taking the preparation.
Please do not use if the outer foil has been removed or otherwise damaged, allowing the product to be opened prior to purchase.
