Ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera) 10:1, L-cysteine, L-methionine, zinc picolinate (zinc), horsetail extract (Equisetum arvense) standardized to contain min. 7% silica, copper gluconate (copper), calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5), bulking agent (calcium phosphate), D-biotin (biotin), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), capsule composition: vegetable cellulose.
