The vitamins and minerals in this product support, among other things, the functioning of the nervous system, the maintenance of healthy skin, the production of red blood cells, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. DHA is necessary for the proper development and function of the brain and vision, and EPA for the proper functioning of the heart.
PRENACAPS MULTI 2 + DHA contains a specially prepared set of 18 ingredients that can be taken from the 13th week of pregnancy and during breastfeeding. The products do not contain, among other artificial additives, colors and magnesium stearate.
With folic acid, vitamin B6, and vitamin B12, the body cannot use it properly and must convert it to its active form after ingestion. According to data, on average, one in two people in Europe is affected by this transformation process. PRENACAPS MULTI 2 + DHA contains active forms of vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5'-phosphate), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), and folic acid (Quatrefolic®), which do not require transformation and can be used immediately by the body. In addition, the active form of folic acid (Quatrefolic®) contained in the product has been extensively tested. One study involved groups each receiving identical doses of Quatrefolic® and folic acid, respectively.
The study showed that Quatrefolic® reached more than 3 times the maximum concentration of the active substance (Cmax ng/ml) 1 h after administration compared to folic acid and Quatrefolic® reached more than 9 times the total bioavailability of the active substance (AUC8h ng/ml h) compared to folic acid.
Another study showed that Quatrefolic® achieved a maximum concentration of the active substance after administration (Cmax nmol/L) more than 10% higher than that of the other active form - calcium L-methylfolate.
The DHA used in PRENACAPS supplement production was obtained from small fish and has been tested for heavy metals. It contains 600 mg of DHA—the amount recommended by experts for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Experts also recommend small fish as a source of fish DHA. EPA is in the form of triglycerides derived from anchovy fish oil. Triglycerides are a natural form of highly digestible omega-3. The product has been tested for heavy metals.

HOW TO USE
MULTI 2 - Take 2 capsules once a day with meals.
DHA - take 2 capsules once daily with a meal.
Products should be used after consulting a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake for daily consumption. Products cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are the basis for the proper functioning of the body. Before using any product containing vitamin D, it is recommended to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the test results with a doctor or pharmacist. It is not recommended to consume more than 50 µg of vitamin D/day from various sources.
