Aliness Beef Colostrum is a 40% beef colostrum standardized for dry matter content, not protein. Colostrum is bovine or young colostrum obtained from cow's milk. Colostrum is produced during the first few dozen hours after giving birth. It is yellow in color. Its composition differs from that of milk, and the main difference is the content of immunoglobulins with antibodies and nutritional value. Over time, the composition of colostrum changes—the amount of protein decreases and the amount of sugar and lipids, which are the energy source, increases.
