RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION
Adults: 10-15 ml (2-3 teaspoons) 3 times a day diluted with approximately 100 ml of water or another cold drink.
Children over 3 years: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) 3 times a day diluted with 50 ml of water or another cold drink.
