Folate Quatrefolic® (reduced active folic acid)
Folate, or levomefolic acid (5-MTHF), is the active form of vitamin B9. Folate, unlike the popular synthetic pteroylmonoglutamic acid, does not need to be converted in the liver and goes directly into the bloodstream.

P-5-P (coenzymatic vitamin B6)
P-5-P, or pyrodixal phosphate, is a biologically active form of vitamin B6. Other types of vitamin B6 (including the most popular vitamin B6) are enzymatically converted in the liver to pyrodxal phosphate. P-5-P does not have to undergo this conversion.

Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin)
Vitamin B12 is a complex organic chemical compound that contains cobalt in its structure and for this reason it is also called cobalamin. The vitamin B12 contained in the preparation is methylcobalamin.
The form of this vitamin (as opposed to cyanocobalamin) does not have to be transformed in the human body.
