Vitamin B complex with methylated vitamin B12.

Vitamins are divided into fat-soluble and water-soluble vitamins. The latter include B vitamins. They are responsible for the proper development and functioning of the nervous system and blood synthesis, as well as cell division, but the action of individual vitamins is slightly different.

INGREDIENTS :

Choline bitartrate (choline), calcium D-pantothenate (B5), myo-inositol (Inositol), thiamine hydrochloride (B1), riboflavin (B2), nicotinamide (B3), pyridoxine HCL (B6), methylcobalamin (B12), D-biotin (B7), folic acid (B9). Capsule composition: Vegetable cellulose. (vegetarian).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1 capsule once a day. Swallow the capsule and drink plenty of water after a meal.
