Provides an excellent source of B vitamins to support normal energy-yielding metabolism and reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin C supports normal energy metabolism, contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and supports the proper functioning of the immune system.

COMPOSITION :

Vitamin C, niacin, thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), pantothenic acid, rosehip powder, vitamin B6, folic acid, biotin, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, silicon dioxide, glycerin, carnauba wax.

Niacin 50 mg
Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) 18 mg
Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) td> 10 mg
Pantothenic acid 10 mg

Folic acid td > 400 mcg
Biotin 50 mcg
Vitamin B12 td> 10 mcg

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1 tablet per day, preferably with a meal.
