The Singularis dietary supplement is a complex of zinc citrate, gluonate, and nomo L-methionine sulfate. Each of these varieties contains 5 mg, and the daily dose provides 15 mg of zinc to our body. The supplement is vegan thanks to the hydroxypropylmethylcellulose coating. The preparation contains a chelated and organic form of zinc in each serving, which guarantees very high bioavailability and uniform distribution regardless of the organism and individual differences.
The zinc monomethionine form is a combination of the mineral zinc and the amino acid methionine. Zinc monomethionine is more easily absorbed because methionine is the amino acid most easily absorbed by the body.
