INGREDIENTS :

Curcumin C3 Complex® curcumin rhizome extract ( Curcuma longa ) standardized for 95% curcuminoids and 80% curcumin.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

2 level tablespoons once a day.

Mix one serving with your favorite drink or yogurt and consume during or after a meal. It is recommended to take it with fats such as flaxseed oil or olive oil and piperine (black pepper extract).
