Pollen is an extremely valuable product collected by bees. It is a source of macro and microelements such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, zinc, manganese, as well as copper and selenium. It is a natural source of antioxidant compounds, stimulates the immune system, supports the proper functioning of the heart and blood vessels, and strengthens the appetite. Pollen is recommended as part of a healthy and balanced diet. The product comes from Polish apiaries. The pollen is collected inside and near the Podlasie botanical garden, mainly from herbaceous plants.

Ingredients:
100% pollen.

Directions for use:
Pour 1/3 cup of boiled and cooled water over 2 to 3 teaspoons and let stand for several hours. It is recommended to take pollen in this form twice a day, in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening before bedtime. The treatment should last 1 to 2 months. Preferably in spring and autumn. Avoid adding to liquids over 45°C.
