DHA makes up approximately 96% of all omega-3 fatty acids in the brain and 93% of the omega-3 fatty acids in the retina of the eye. It is therefore essential for the proper development and function of the brain and vision. DHA and EPA contribute to the proper function of the heart.
PRENACAPS DHA is intended for women who are planning a pregnancy, are pregnant, and are breastfeeding.
Contains 600 mg of DHA and 120 mg of EPA in the form of triglycerides derived from small fish (anchovies). Triglycerides are a natural form of highly digestible omega-3. The product has been tested for heavy metal content. The product does not contain artificial fillers, preservatives, or sweeteners, among other things.
The Polish Society of Gynecology recommends consuming at least 600 mg of DHA for pregnant and breastfeeding women. It also recommends that the source of DHA be small fish.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Consume 2 capsules once a day with a meal.
