Cat's Claw Extract 10:1 120caps. NOW FOODS

product description

Uncaria tomentosa - also known as vilcacora and cat's claw (in Spanish Uña de Gato ) - is a climbing species belonging to the madder family. It comes from northern and western South America, Central America and the Caribbean. For centuries it has been used by Indian tribes - due to its healing properties. It increases the body's resistance - due to the presence of oxindole alkaloids, stimulating the increase of phagocytes and showing the ability to inhibit platelet aggregation. It is also a powerful antioxidant.
