Propolis, also known as bee mastic, is a mixture of resinous substances and bee secretions found in tree buds and young shoots. Used by bees to seal holes and leaks in a hive, propolis is an extremely valuable substance with a multitude of health-promoting properties. Recommended for both independent and supplemental use, propolis can be helpful for colds and hard-to-heal lesions on the face and mouth. Propolis has a strong antioxidant effect, so it is also recommended for preventive purposes. Bee mastic is rich in tannins, polysaccharides, essential oils, polyphenols, vitamins, minerals, and pollen, among other things.

3 times a day, 20-30 drops. Wash with water or fruit juice.
