Nettle extract 4:1 160 mg, Nettle extract 10:1 120 mg with standardization for 1% silica, Nettle extract 120 mg with standardization for 2.2% polyphenols, pullulan capsule

Dietary supplement.
Contents of two capsules (recommended daily intake):
Nettle Extract 4: 1,320 mg
Nettle Extract 10: 1,240 mg, including 1.2 mg of silica (1%)
Nettle Extract 240 mg, including 2.64 mg of polyphenols (2.2%)

NOTES
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Dietary supplements cannot replace a varied diet. It is important to lead a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet.
