DESCRIPTION
Organic teff flour is made from ground grains of Abyssinian amur. It adds a light, nutty flavor to dishes. For centuries, it has been used by people in African countries to prepare the traditional bread called injera. We recommend it for baking bread, pies, cakes, cookies, pancakes, and also as a thickener for soups and sauces.
