Iron (as iron protein succinate), bulking agent: cellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium fatty acid salts (vegetable source), silicon dioxide, capsule shell (bulking agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose). Contains milk (casein).

1 capsule per day with a meal.
