DESCRIPTION
Organic instant oat flakes are obtained from cleaned and crushed oat grains. Oat flakes are an excellent choice for everyday breakfast. They are best with yogurt, a cereal drink and fruit.

PREPARATION
Instant oat flakes do not require cooking. Simply cover them with boiling water, warm milk or broth.
