DESCRIPTION
Organic buckwheat flakes are made from crushed buckwheat seeds. They are characterized by properties almost identical to buckwheat groats. They can be eaten alone or with other flakes. They are recommended to complement meat dishes, soups, as well as muesli and desserts. Buckwheat flakes can also be used to make buckwheat bread.

PREPARATION
. Cook the buckwheat flakes in a 1:2 ratio (1 portion of flakes to 2 portions of water or milk) over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
