Organic rice flakes are made from ground rice grains. They are an excellent option for an easy-to-digest breakfast. We recommend them as a complement to muesli, yogurts, cereal drinks, and desserts. They are also perfect as a base for milk and cereal soups for young children.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Boil the flakes in a ratio of 1:2 (1 part flakes to 2 parts water or milk) over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
