Natural sugar-free rye-oat flakes from the Latvian family brand MILZU! are an ecological product that includes organic rye flour and organic oats produced on certified organic farms. The product is full of vitamins B and E, which have remained in the grains during the production process. In addition, it does not contain any colorings, genetically modified organisms, or type E substances. It can be consumed by both vegetarians and vegans. Note the high protein content (14.3 g per 100 g) as well as fiber (10.5 g per 100 g), thanks to which the flakes provide a feeling of satiety. They also help eliminate toxins from the body, minimize the risk of type II diabetes (rich in magnesium and manganese), and lower cholesterol.
