Sea buckthorn fruit is especially recommended for prophylactic use during autumn and winter to strengthen immunity.

Ingredients:
Dried and ground sea buckthorn fruit (Hippophae rhamnoides L.) - 100%.

Directions for use:
Take directly, that is 1 to 2 teaspoons of the product (about 3.5 to 7 g) with water or juice.
1 to 2 teaspoons of the product, approximately 3.5 to 7 g of ground sea buckthorn fruit, constitute a daily portion.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
