INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1 capsule per day with a meal

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet.

For adults only. Elderly people should frequently check their vitamin B12 status while taking folic acid, as folic acid can mask pernicious anemia. Caution should be exercised during pregnancy, breastfeeding, planning a pregnancy, or while taking medications (including antiepileptic drugs and chemotherapy).
