Pure Butter Ghee 500g Khanum

It is the main ingredient of Indian cuisine.

The method of clarifying butter was invented over 4,000 years ago - Hindus still believe it is a "divine gift" and call it "the most perfect fat in the world."

Made by simmering butter and removing (clarifying) the scum that appears on its surface and the sediment at the bottom. They are characterized by a golden color, a slightly nutty aroma, and a delicate aftertaste that highlights the qualities of dishes. It has a long shelf life and can be stored at room temperature.

In the kitchen, they use it for practically everything. It can be used for basically any dish requiring fat. Clear butter is ideal for frying; it can be heated up to a temperature of 250°C. This makes it perfect for frying and deep-frying. Butter is softer and better enhances the flavor of dishes and creates a beautiful glaze on dishes.

Clarified butter is an almost pure fat and does not contain many allergens present in other dairy products such as lactose or casein, making it well tolerated by sensitive people.
Butter crystallizes at room temperature.

Storage :
At room temperature it is about 9 months and up to 15 months in the refrigerator. It is best if it is closed in an airtight container as this slows down the oxidation process.
