DESCRIPTION :

Glucomannan is a natural, water-soluble dietary fiber obtained from the roots of the konjac plant ( Amorphophallus konjak ), also known as monstera. This plant is native to Africa and Asia, although it is now also common in the Caribbean and Latin America. More than 600 varieties of yam are known, 95% of which are still cultivated in Africa.

Glucomannan makes up about 40% of the dry weight of the root, which is native to Southeast Asia. It has a long history of use in herbal blends and traditional foods such as tofu and pasta.

Glucomannan has a unique ability to absorb water and is one of the stickiest dietary fibers.

INGREDIENTS: < / p>

Strange extract ( Amorphophallus konjac ) standardized to contain min. 85% glucomannan. Capsule composition: Vegetable cellulose (vegetarian).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1 capsule 2 to 3 times a day. Swallow the capsule and wash it down with plenty of water, 15 minutes before a meal.

CONSERVATION :

Store in a dark, dry place at room temperature, out of reach of young children.
